- The club must be affiliated to one or more of the following sports – Football, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Hockey, Athletics, Badminton, Wrestling, chess, Carrom, Kho-Kho Table, Tennis, Basketball, Boxing, sepak Takraw, Weightlifting.
- There will be a club in every Panchayat.
- The age of club members should be minimum 14 years and maximum 45 years.
- There should be participation of both men and women among the club members.
- As far as possible, one of the club members should be a physical teacher, national-international level player, or NIS instructor.
- To smoothly run the activities of the sports club in each panchayat, the Education Department will allot a room in the school of that panchayat.
